Santulan Ayurved GmbH will conscientiously endeavour to comply with the agreed or designated delivery dates. We are only liable for willful intent and gross negligence.
You will be immediately advised should certain products be unavailable and any advance payment for these will be promptly refunded.
The goods are insured by the shipping terms and conditions of the respective transport company. If any external damage to the shipment is visible when it is handed over by the carrier, then the shipment should only be accepted if a written note of this damage is made by the transport company on the spot. In the absence of such documentation, all damage claims against Santulan Ayurved are null and void.
Return shipment of any kind must be agreed with Santulan Ayurved. Goods which are returned freight collect will not be accepted. In the case of validly returned goods, you are requested to agree upon the preferred mode of transport with Santulan Ayurved. The return pick-up service of the transport company is usually used. All transportation risks remain with you until consignments sent by you are received by us. Please retain the shipping receipt for returned goods in a safe place.
From the second shipment onwards, Santulan Ayurved customers in Germany have the possibility to choose the means of payment "per invoice"
All goods remain the property of Santulan Ayurved GmbH until they are paid in full.
Orders from Retailers
If you are already registered as a retailer with Santulan Ayurved, you may also order online.
You will then receive an invoice with retailer's conditions. For clarity, please enter "Santulan Retailer" in the "Comments" field which will appear before you send the order. To be registered an a Santulan retailer, please send us the appropriate application along with a copy of your trading license. We will be glad to provide further information by telephone.
